November 27, 2023 Future Fintech Group Inc. (NASDAQ: FTFT), (hereinafter referred to as "Future FinTech", "FTFT" or the "Company"), a comprehensive financial and digital technology service provider, announced its condolence following the passing of Mr. Yongke Xue, founder of Future Fintech, as follows:

“It is with great sadness that we inform you that our beloved former Chairman and current President, Mr. Yongke Xue, founder of Future Fintech, passed away on November 24th at 13:14 Beijing time at the Xi'an International Medical Center due to illness. He left us permanently and went to heaven. We are sure that Mr. Xue misses the company and all his colleagues. We wish him a good journey.” 

“Mr. Xue has devoted his heart and soul to Future FinTech, and we will carry on his legacy, turn grief into strength, carry the company forward, live up to Mr. Xue's expectations of all of us, and realize the grand blueprint he drew up.

Mr. Shanchun Huang, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company proposed that Mr. Yongke Xue be bestowed permanent honorary chairmanship of Future FinTech Group Inc., which he hopes will always encourage everyone at the company to be strong and committed to the goals laid out for us. The Board of Directors of the Company approved Mr. Huang’s proposal on November 27, 2023.
